Pretty Bunting

It seems that bunting is like totally in these days.  (oh the 80's, they are always with me)

I love to see it used in so many different ways.

vintage quilt scraps are just calling me to make one!

No not that kind of bunting...

This one's for my knitting girl Jessica.  She's a knitting fool!!

This was the simplest tutorial I found from The Pleated Poppy

For a more primitive look before assembling soak your triangles and string in strong instant coffee, shake or rub on lots of cinnamon and let dry.  Assemble and hang.

So easy!

So festive!

  3. Dear Jenn,

I love all the pretty buntings you shared, especially the Indigo bunting! :D I love birdies! The bunting using the vintage quilt scraps is so charming. Perfect use for those cutter quilts! I love pink roses and made a bunting this summer out of fabric with pink roses on it. I love your idea for antiquing the fabric and line!

I am enjoying your lovely blog so much!

    Hugs and blessings,
