A spooky doll video....Happy Olde Halloween!!

Hi everyone!!

It's been such a strange October.  I'm kind of glad we are moving into November.  A hugh thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit my website for the update last week.  Again can I say how blessed I feel each and every day.

Trick or treating has been delayed and school was cancelled yesterday...who would have though a hurricane day in western Pennsylvania?  We were very lucky.  It's not been so lucky for others on the east coast.  Our relatives in New Jersey still have no power.  And the pictures of the Jersey shore are devastating.  We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers.

I've been getting ready for the Simple Goods show coming up this weekend.  Hopefully I'll get to see some of you there.  It's still raining "Sandy" today but the weather outlook looks nice for Saturday.  I'm really looking forward to it.

This short film below about dolls is perfect for a spooky day like today.

Happy Halloween~

Pumpkins added and more to come!

This has been fun and stress free adding updates a few at a time each morning.  I'm enjoying life and actually getting the laundry done!

I just loaded up some new pumpkin cottages.  Take a look if you have a moment.  Looks like a little village!!

Have a wonderful day!

"There is no peace that cannot be found in the present moment.” ~ Tasha Tudor

The sewing room is cleaned and semi organized again. I was getting lost in there but now I feel better. We had quite a September of surprises....some good and some bad. I don't like to write about bad here and everything ended up okay.
Unfortunately, I didn't make it to my friends show at 1824 antiques and feel like I missed so much. I was lucky to still have a few goods there although I would have rather been there myself!
This was the grand reopening of 1824 antiques. Called 1824 because that was when the Jonathan Walker house was built. Jonathan was Audrey's great great great grandfather.
Audrey and her husband David, moved the house to their family farm about 4 years ago and have worked so hard bringing it back to it's original state. It is beautiful!!  You can view more pictures of the house and show here on her website.

Things are looking up and I'm thinking positive thoughts, so I am taking out my broom and dusting off the cobwebs on my website. I am changing things a bit (for now) on the way I list them. Starting the morning of October 15th, I will be adding new goods off and on all week. I am finding that with our schedule this school year, family things and commitments, plus getting ready for shows, I don't have as much time to list everything all at once like I used to.
Thanks for hanging in there with me and thank you always for your kindness and friendships.
I treasure every one of you!!
Jenn
